Business Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Business Change expertise to help shape, deliver, and embed meaningful change across our organisation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of people, process, and technology — turning strategic intent into practical, measurable outcomes.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand current challenges, define future-state solutions, and support the successful adoption of change initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements using a range of techniques (workshops, interviews, process mapping, etc.)

  • Assessing current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes and operating models

  • Supporting the delivery of business change initiatives, ensuring solutions are effectively embedded

  • Working with stakeholders to define benefits, success measures, and change impacts

  • Contributing to change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities

  • Collaborating with delivery teams (e.g. product, technology, operations) to ensure solutions meet business needs

  • Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the change lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex change environments

  • Demonstrable Business Change experience (organisational, process, or technology-enabled change)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels

  • Experience producing clear, high-quality documentation (requirements, process maps, business cases, impact assessments)

  • Comfortable working in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments

  • A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience working on transformation programmes or operating model change

  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci)

  • Background in consulting, professional services, or multi-client environments

  • Relevant certifications (BCS, IIBA, Agile BA, Change Management)

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work on impactful change that genuinely improves how the business operates

  • A collaborative, supportive environment that values clear thinking and practical delivery

  • Flexibility in how and where you work

  • Competitive salary and benefits, with real opportunities for growth and development

  • The opportunity to join a high-performing, modern engineering team with a strong culture of quality and innovation

  • Flexible working arrangements and work–life balance

  • Professional career development and training

  • Bonus Structure: A performance-linked bonus based on utilisation, delivery outcomes, and contribution to project success.

  • EOT Transition: The company is transitioning to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) model, giving employees a meaningful stake in long-term success and enhanced shared-reward opportunities.
